By accessing or using Innovista Intelligence ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Innovista Intelligence provides competitive intelligence, market research, and strategic analysis reports for the semiconductor, AI, and automotive sectors through a subscription-based platform.
Our Service includes but is not limited to: deep-dive reports, monthly competitive intelligence briefs, intelligence briefs, quarterly analysis reports, and custom research services.
We offer four subscription tiers: Starter ($99/month), Professional ($349/month), Team ($799/month), and Enterprise ($1,999/month). Each tier includes different features, report credits, and access levels as described on our pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our 30-day money-back guarantee policy.
New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of initial subscription. Accounts with excessive download activity (>20 downloads in first 30 days) may be ineligible for refund.
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions: 30-day full refund policy applies. After 30 days, no refunds are provided, but you retain access until the end of your annual term. Cancellation prevents auto-renewal but does not terminate current access.
Monthly Report Credits:
Credit Costs: Deep Dive and Tech Assessment reports cost 1 credit each. Market Trend, Competitor Analysis, and Supply Chain reports cost 2 credits each.
Reset Schedule: Report credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
PDF Downloads: Starter subscribers may download up to 5 reports per month. Professional subscribers may download up to 10 reports per month. Team and Enterprise subscribers have higher download limits as specified on the pricing page.
All reports are licensed for internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial sharing is strictly prohibited.
All content, reports, analysis, and materials provided through the Service are the intellectual property of Innovista Intelligence and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and download reports for your internal business purposes only.
Prohibited Uses: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, republish, download (beyond permitted limits), store, or transmit any material from our Service, except as necessary for your own internal business use. You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices from reports.
Reports are generated by an AI multi-agent pipeline and are provided for informational and strategic research purposes only. Report generation is subject to availability of relevant market signals and may vary in turnaround time based on system load.
If a report fails to generate due to a system error, any credits deducted will be automatically refunded to your account. Completed reports are not eligible for credit refunds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to our business interests.
Violations that may result in immediate termination without refund include: sharing account access, redistributing content, excessive downloading indicating content theft, or using the Service in violation of applicable laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
